| 目的 评价16排螺旋CT扫描检查对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值。方法 对我院2004年10月－2008年12月共12例经手术病理和免疫组化证实的胃肠间质瘤的16排螺旋CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 胃肠间质瘤的螺旋CT扫描常见表现特征为:①肿块多腔外生长,呈密实性,较大肿块其内可见囊变坏死区;②肿块增强动脉期呈散在斑片样中等强化,静脉期呈均匀明显强化;③肿块范围超过5 cm,且与周围组织分界不清时考虑肿瘤恶变。结论 16排螺旋CT扫描检查对胃肠间质瘤的定位、定性诊断具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of 16-slices spiro CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods Twelve cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors proved by pathology and immuno-histochemistry were analyzed retrospectively. Results The main CT manifestations included: ①most of the tumors were extraluminal and solid, cystic change was found in the tumors the size of which were large. ②middle enhancement can be seen in the artery phase, and obvious enhancement in the venous phase. ③the size of the tumors was larger than 5 cm and the margin of which with the neighbor tissue was not clear should be considered malignant chang. Conclusion 16-slices spiro CT examination can provide important value for the location and qualitative diagnosis of the gastrointestinal stromal tumors. |
