目的 探讨3.0T磁共振1H-MR波谱(1H-MRS)成像技术在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)中的临床应用。方法 选取3.0T MR 1H-MRS扫描成功的10例NAFLD患者和10名健康志愿者(正常组),采用Phillips Achieva 3.0T MRS分析软件对采集数据进行处理,测量water和lip波峰、water和lip的波峰值之比、lip的波峰下测得的面积及脂水面积比的变化特征。结果 NAFLD组患者的water峰值、峰下面积与正常组的water的峰值、峰下面积间差异无统计学意义。NAFLD组患者lip的波峰值、lip峰下面积、脂水峰值比和面积比与正常组间的差异均有统计学意义:lip波峰值: (0.40±0.16)a.u. vs (0.06±0.05)a.u., P<0.05; 脂水峰值比: (0.53±0.40) vs (0.05 ±0.03), P<0.05;lip峰下面积:(26.28±19.16) vs (2.31±2.00), P<0.05;脂水峰下面积比: (0.58±0.44) vs (0.04±0.03), P<0.05。结论 3.0T 1H-MRS是一种评价NAFLD脂质代谢的重要技术,对检测肝脏脂质代谢的变化具有一定意义。 |

Objective To assess the clinical value of 3.0T 1H-MR spectroscopy (1H-MRS) imaging of liver. Methods Ten patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and 10 normal controls underwent MR plain scan and 1H-MRS imaging successfully. All the data was calibrated and calculated with MRS analysis software of 3.0T Philips Achieva scanner. Peak value of lipid, peak value of water, area under the peak of lipid and lipid/water ratios were analyzed and compared. Results There were no difference of peak value of water, area under the peak of water between two groups. Peak value of lipid, area under the peak of lipid and lipid/water ratio had statistical difference between two groups: peak value of lipid: (0.40±0.16)a.u. vs (0.06±0.05)a.u., P<0.05; area under the peak of lipid: (26.28±19.16) vs (2.31±2.00), P<0.05; lipid/water ratio: (0.53±0.40) vs(0.05 ±0.03), P<0.05; area under the peak of lipid/water ratio (0.58±0.44) vs (0.04±0.03), P<0.05. Conclusion 3.0T 1H-MRS is a non-invasive, safe and effective technique for quantitatively assessment of the metabolism of lipid in the NAFLD patients. |
