| 目的 探讨周围型肺癌的CT影像学表现及诊断价值。 方法 搜集21例经手术、穿刺活检病理证实的周围型肺癌病例,回顾性分析CT表现。 结果 本组周围型肺癌中腺癌11例,鳞癌6例,小细胞癌3例,类癌1例。右肺上叶3例,右肺中叶1例,右肺下叶5例,左肺上叶7例,左肺下叶5例。 结论 CT是周围型肺癌检查的首选方法;对周围型肺癌的诊断具有重要作用,有时是决定性的。 |

| Objective To explore CT findings of peripheral lung cancer and it’s diagnostic value. Methods Twenty-one patients with peripheral lung cancer proved by surgery and puncture biopsy were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the 21 cases of peripheral lung cancer patients, 11 cases were adenocarcinoma; 6 cases were squamous cell carcinoma; 1 case was carcinoid; 3 cases were the right lung upper lobe; 1 case was the right lung mid lobe; 5 cases were the right lung lower lobe; 7 cases were the left lung upper lobe; and 5 cases were the left lung lower lobe. Conclusion CT, the first choice to inspect peripheral lung cancer, has an important effect on diagnose of peripheral lung cancer, sometimes it is crucial. |
