| 目的 探讨超声在腹主动脉瘤破裂诊治中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析8例腹主动脉瘤破裂患者的超声声像图特征,并与手术结果或CT进行对比。结果 超声可以显示腹主动脉瘤(8/8,100%),并能发现后腹膜血肿(7/8,87.50%)和腹腔积血(5/7,71.43%)。结论 超声检查有助于腹主动脉瘤破裂的诊断。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography diagnosis of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Methods Eight patients of ruptured AAA were reviewed, the sonographic findings were compared with surgery and/or CT results. Results Ultrasonography identified AAA in 8 cases (100%) , retroperitoneal hematoma (7/8, 87.50%) and hemoperitoneum (5/7, 71.43%) were recognized with ultrasound. Conclusion Ultrasonography can be used to confirm ruptured AAA. |
