| 目的 探讨原发性鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的CT征象及其临床应用。 方法 回顾性分析10例鼻腔NHL的病理资料与CT表现,结合文献复习。 结果 10例NHL中,NK/T细胞性淋巴瘤5例;B细胞淋巴瘤5例。CT表现:①病变多原发于鼻腔前部如鼻中隔前部、鼻前庭或下鼻甲,倾向于沿鼻黏膜弥漫浸润生长,病变多累及面部皮肤及邻近结构;②病灶形态不规整,边界不清;③平扫密度相对均匀,增强后轻-中度强化;④无骨质破坏或少数骨质轻度压迫吸收;⑤放射治疗后病灶可明显好转或消退。 结论 鼻腔NHL的CT表现有一定特征性,能直接显示病变情况及周围侵犯范围,可提示淋巴瘤的诊断,有较大的临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To analysis CT characters of primary nasal Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods Ten cases’ pathological details and CT findings were analyzed retrospectively with review of literatures. Results Of 10 cases, 5 were NK/T-cell lymphoma and 5 B-cell. CT findings followed: ①Lesions arosed mainly from anterior part of nasal cavity, such as anterior part of nasal septum, nasal vestibule and inferior turbinates. The tumor invaded adjacent cutaneous tissue and facial soft tissue. ②The morphology of lesions were irregular and the bound of lesions were not clear. ③The lesions showed relatively homogeneous density and slight-mild enhancement. ④There is no bone structure erosion or slight absorption in few cases. ⑤Lesions often shrank or disappeared after radiotherapy. Conclusion CT findings of primary NHL are relatively characteristic. It can clearly demonstrate the real lesions and the extent. So CT can suggest the diagnosis of lymphoma and provide reliable information for clinical management. |
