| 目的 评价脑CT检查在精神发育迟滞分级诊断的临床应用价值。方法 已完成精神发育迟滞分级鉴定的200例患者中,有脑CT检查资料的90例进行CT结果与不同分级进行比对。结果 90例患者中,CT检查结果异常48例(占53.3％)、正常42名(占46.7 ％)。其中,Ⅰ级17例,异常14例(占82.4%)、Ⅱ级39例,异常20例(占51.3%)、Ⅲ级18例,异常9例(占50%)、Ⅳ级16例,异常5例(占31.3%)。结论 脑CT检查对精神发育迟滞患者的诊断与分级有较大的帮助,特别是对Ⅰ级(极重度)患者的诊断有积极的意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical value of brain CT scan in the classification of mental retardation diagnosis. Methods Ninety patients who had the brain CT scan were selected. They were chosen from the patients who have completed identification of mental retardation classification. Results Forty-eight cases of the 90 patients (53.3%) showed abnormal findings on CT scan, 42 cases (46.7%) showed normal. Among 48 abnormal CT findings patients, clinical classification were as follows: I-17, abnormal 14 (82.4%), Ⅱ-39, abnormal 20 (51.3%), Ⅲ-18, abnormal 9 (50%), Ⅳ-16, abnormal 5 (31.3%). Conclusion Brain CT scan is useful for the patients mental retardation diagnosis and classification, and it is significant with the grade Ⅰ (very severe) patients. |
