| 目的 探讨急性胰腺炎腹膜后间隙、腹膜下间隙扩散的CT表现与临床严重程度的相关性。方法 回顾性分析57例急性胰腺炎患者的临床和影像学资料,根据亚特兰大临床分类标准将急性胰腺炎分轻、重两类;按急性胰腺炎的CT表现进行CT严重指数(CTSI)计分分级;按腹膜后间隙、腹膜下间隙扩散CT范围分级、评分。分析腹膜后间隙、腹膜下间隙扩散CT范围分级评分、CTSI计分分级与临床严重程度分级评分的相关性。结果 腹膜后间隙、腹膜下间隙扩散CT范围分级评分与临床严重程度和CTSI呈正相关;临床严重程度与CTSI亦呈正相关。结论 急性胰腺炎扩散至腹膜后间隙、腹膜下间隙的CT范围分级评分与临床严重程度密切相关,为急性胰腺炎的临床严重程度及预后提供重要的影像学信息。 |

| Objective To discuss the relationship between clinical severity and CT features of acute pancreatitis (AP) involving retro- and sub-peritoneal spaces. Methods CT and clinical data of 57 patients with AP were retrospectively analyzed. According to the Atlanta classification standard, AP was classified into mild and severity; CT severity index (CTSI) and CT grading of AP were performed according to the CT features. Clinical severity, CTSI, and CT grading of AP involving the retro- and sub-peritoneal spaces were assessed and scored, respectively. Results CT grading of AP involving the retro- and the sub-peritoneal spaces had positive correlation with clinical severity and CTSI, while clinical severity of AP was positively correlated with CTSI. Conclusion CT grading of AP involving the retro- and sub-peritoneal spaces closely relates with clinical severity and provides important imaging information for the clinical severity and the prognosis of AP. |
