       目的 评价64层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)对甲状腺上动脉分支类型的显示能力及三维影像学特征。方法 收集本院临床因怀疑椎-基底动脉供血不足接受颈部64层螺旋CTA扫描并符合本研究的100例颈部原始图像,将数据在AW 4.2工作站行容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及其反转像(Inverse-MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)及曲面重建(CPR)等多种后处理并结合原始图像进行综合分析,观察甲状腺上动脉分支类型特征。结果 100例共显示201支甲状腺上动脉。其腺体支共7种分支类型,左右各一支(L1R1)最多见(37.37%),非腺体支共5种分支类型,3种分支,即喉上动脉、环甲动脉及胸锁乳突肌动脉。结论 64层螺旋CT血管成像能较好地评价甲状腺上动脉分支类型。

      Objective To evaluate the ability of 64-slice helical CT angiography in identifying and demonstrating the distribution patterns of superior thyroid arteries with three-dimensional reformation technique. Methods One hundred patients with suspected vertebrobasilar insufficiency underwent CT angiography with 64-slice helical CT scanner. Three-dimensional images of the distribution patterns of superior thyroid arteries were processed on AW 4.2 workstation. Spatial anatomical characters of the distribution patterns of the superior thyroid arteries with volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), I-MIP (Inverse-MIP), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and curved planar reformation (CPR) were observed. Results Two hundred and one superior thyroid arteries were clearly displayed in 100 patients. There were 7 glandular organ arteries of superior thyroid artery distribution patterns, with the right and left ones predominating (37.37%), five non-glandular organ arteries of superior thyroid artery distribution patterns, and three kind branches (superior laryngeal artery, cricothyroid artery and stemocleidomastoid artery). Conclusion 64-slice helical CT angiography can clearly visualize the features of the distribution patterns of the superior thyroid artery.
