目的 评价MR全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)在检测骨转移瘤中的作用及可行性。 方法 对20例恶性肿瘤并发骨转移患者(病变组)及20名健康人(对照组)行WB-DWI检查,6个月后对病变组患者行WB-DWI或核素骨显像复查。 结果 WB-DWI在20例患者中共检出57处骨转移灶,B-DWI在肱骨和股骨近端检出7处核素骨显像阴性病灶。病变组患者6个月后复查,9例骨转移灶进展,3例化疗后骨转移灶信号下降。 结论 WB-DWI可用于早期筛选骨转移瘤,也可发现骨外转移病灶。 |

Objective To assess the efficiency and feasibility of MR whole-body diffusion-weighted imaging (WB-DWI) in detection of bone metastasis. Methods A total of 20 patients with malignant tumors and bone metastasis, as well as 20 controls underwent WB-DWI scan. Six months later, all the patients were followed up with WB-DWI and skeletal scintigraphy (SS). Results A total of 57metastatic bone lesions were detected in 20 patients with WB-DWI. Seven metastatic foci in proximal end of humerus and femur which were negative on SS were detected with WB-DWI, respectively. The extent of metastatic foci in 9 patients enlarged and the signal intensity of osseous metastasis in 3 patients decreased after chemotherapy after 6 months. Conclusion WB-DWI has the ability to detect bone metastasis and extraskeletal lesions. |
