目的 探讨高频超声显示臂部正常尺神经及正中神经的方法及其图像特点。方法 利用高频探头对50名正常成人的双臂尺神经及正中神经进行全程显示及观察,并测量伸直位肘管处尺神经、屈曲位肘管处尺神经、腕部尺神经、肘部正中神经、腕管处正中神经的前后径、左右径及截面积。采用配对t检验比较双侧上肢神经测值及肘管处尺神经伸直位与屈曲位测值。结果 所有受检者双臂尺神经及正中神经均清晰显示;双侧均值差异无统计学意义,肘管处尺神经在伸直位时测值大于屈曲位,差异有统计学意义。结论 高频超声能清晰显示并准确测量臂部尺神经及正中神经。 |

Objective To evaluate the ability of high-frequency ultrasonography to visualize and measure the normal ulnar and median nerves. Methods The ulnar and median nerves of 50 healthy adult volunteers were examined bilaterally with high-frequency transducer. The transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter and cross-sectional area of the ulnar nerves were measured at the wrist and in the cubital tunnel with the elbow extension and flexion. The same measurements of the median nerves were done at the elbow and in the carpal tunnel. The measurements of the aforementioned nerves at both sides and the measurements of the ulnar nerves in the cubital tunnel between extension and flexion were evaluated with paired t-test. Results Both ulnar and media nerves were visualized clearly in all the subjects. There was no significant difference in measurements between the left- and right-side of the nerves. The ulnar nerves were thicker when the elbows were in extension than in flexion, and the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography can not only visualize but also measure the ulnar and median nerves. |
