       目的 评价三维能量多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法 选择二维超声拟诊宫腔占位或内膜不均增厚并行宫腔镜手术的患者71例,行三维能量多普勒超声和宫腔镜检查,均取材送病理检查。对三维能量多普勒超声和宫腔镜分别进行分级诊断。结果 三维能量多普勒超声ROC曲线下面积为0.91,宫腔镜ROC曲线下面积为0.92,两种方法的ROC曲线下面积间的差异无统计学意义。结论 三维能量多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉诊断的准确性与宫腔镜相当。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the clinical value of three-dimensional power Doppler imaging (3D-PDI) in diagnosing endometrial polyps. Methods Seventy-one patients diagnosed as thick and inhomogeneous endometrium or hyperechogenic focal intrauterine structures with 2D-ultrasound underwent 3D-PDI and hysteroscopy. The results of two examinations were compared. Results The area under ROC was 0.91 on 3D-PDI, and 0.92 on hysteroscopy. There was no significant difference of diagnostic accuracy between 3D-PDI and hysteroscopy. Conclusion 3D-PDI has the same accuracy to hysteroscopy in diagnosis of endometrial polyps.
