       目的 观察多层螺旋CT(MSCT)气道重建对先天性气管性支气管(TB)的诊断及分型的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析63例TB患儿的多层螺旋CT原始轴位图像及各种后处理重建图,气道重建技术包括多平面重建(MPR)、最小密度投影(MinIP)、容积重建(VR)及仿真支气管内镜(VB)。结果 根据异常支气管的起源位置与正常两肺上叶支气管的关系将其分为7型,本组63例共有TB 69个,Ⅰ型33例,Ⅱ型21例,Ⅲ型3例,Ⅰ型合并Ⅲ型4例,Ⅱ型合并Ⅵ型2例,未见Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ型。结论 MSCT气道重建不仅可明确小儿TB的诊断及分型,且可显示其与周围组织的关系及伴发症,是TB的首选检查方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the value of MSCT reconstruction in diagnosis and classification of congenital heteroplasia of tracheal bronchus (TB). Methods The original and reconstructed MSCT images of 63 children with congenital heteroplasia of TB were retrospectively analyzed. Postprocessing technologies included multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), minimum intensity projection (MinIP), volume rendering (VR) and virtual bronchoscopy (VB). Results According to the relationship of origination of tracheal bronchus with normal upper lobe bronchus, TB was classified as seven types. Sixty-nine TB were found in 63 children, including 33 type Ⅰ, 21 type Ⅱ, 3 type Ⅲ, 4 type Ⅰ with type Ⅲ and 2 type Ⅱ with type Ⅵ, while type Ⅳ,Ⅴ, Ⅶ were not found. Conclusion MSCT is the first choice in the diagnosis of congenital heteroplasia of TB. Reconstruction of trachea can display TB and it’s type clearly, and can observe the complications and relationship of TB with adjacent structures.
