| 目的 探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的诊断和治疗中的价值。方法 回顾性分析27例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的影像及临床治疗资料,对所有患者的64排螺旋CT薄层图像进行三维重建。结果 所有患者的CTA图像均明确显示责任血管,经介入或手术治疗后,症状均明显改善。结论 64排螺旋CT血管成像技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊断中,可发现病变、确定病变性质及范围,并对临床治疗方案的确定有指导作用。 |

| Objective To assess the value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis and therapy of arterial sclerosis occlusion of lower extremity. Methods Images and clinical data of 27 patients with arterial sclerosis occlusion of lower extremity were retrospectivly reviewed, and all the images were 3-dimensionally reconstructed. Results CTA images of all the patients displayed the main artery stenosis clearly and the symptom improved obviously after the treatments. Conclusion Sixty-four slice CTA has the ability to show the lesions, define the type and the size of the diseases, and provide information for the therapy plan. |
