目的 定量分析健康人扩散张量成像(DTI)的部分参数值。 方法 使用SE-EPI序列对22名健康志愿者行DTI扫描。在矢状位上分别测量不同节段颈髓各项参数值(ADC、FA、RA)以及本征值(λ1、λ2、λ3);在横轴位同一颈髓节段(C3水平)不同部位分别测量各项参数值。 结果 矢状位测得颈髓C3水平FA值及RA值较其余部位高(P<0.05);横轴位测得颈髓前索FA及RA值较其余部位低而其ADC值较其余部位高(P<0.05)。 结论 使用SE-EPI序列行颈髓扩散张量成像的检查能够获得比较满意的图像;DTI可以定量测量颈髓的各项参数值。 |

Objective To analyze normal diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) parameters of the cervical spinal cord quantitatively in healthy volunteers. Methods Twenty-two volunteers underwent DTI examination. ADC, FA and RA maps were generated. On sagittal views, the ROIs were placed in different levels of the cervical spinal cord (C1-C7), while on axial views, ROIs were placed in the anterior, posterior funiculus and bilateral lateral corticospinal tracts (LCTs) at C3 level. ADC, FA, RA and eigenvalues of ROIs were measured. Results On sagittal views, FA and RA values at the level of C3 were significantly higher than those of others (P<0.05). On axial views, FA and RA values in the anterior region were significantly lower than others, while ADC values were significantly higher than others (P<0.05). Conclusion DTI using SE-EPI sequence can clearly show the imaging of cervical spinal cord in healthy volunteers. Cervical spinal cord can be quantitatively analyzed with DTI. |
