      目的 实现高分辨率T1WI背景下白质纤维示踪。 方法 使用1.5T磁共振扫描仪,对1例脑内单发肿瘤患者进行DTI和T1WI扫描,使用三种离线方式进行图像配准和纤维束追踪。 结果 三种离线方式完成高分辨率T1WI背景下纤维追踪的效果均较满意,在高分辨率T1WI背景下均可清晰显示白质纤维和肿瘤病灶。每种方法各有优势。 结论 利用多种模态图像配准技术,将DTI与T1WI融合,提供更清晰的白质纤维的位置信息,可作为临床诊断、神经外科手术及脑功能研究的有力工具。
英文摘要:
      Objective To achieve white matter fiber tractography in the background of high resolution T1WI. Methods A female patient of solitary brain tumor underwent diffusion tensor imaging and high resolution T1WI with 1.5T Siemens scanner. Image registration and fiber tractography were performed with three off-line modes. Results White matter fibers and leision were satisfactorily showed in the background of high resolution T1WI with all the three Off-line modes. Each mode had its own advantages. Conclusion Medical image fusion of DTI and T1WI with multimodal medical image registration technique could provide more clearer location information of nerve fibers, which will be a powerful tool for clinical diagnosis, neurosurgery and brain functional imaging research.
