目的 探讨全身骨显像在肺癌骨转移诊断中的应用及影像特点。方法 对189例肺癌患者静脉注射99mTc-MDP,3~4 h后行全身骨显像。结果 189例肺癌患者中骨转移97例,发生率为51.32%。其中肺腺癌的骨转移发生率为63.64%,肺鳞癌为40.66%,两者骨转移发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。骨转移的部位胸部多见,其次为脊柱、骨盆、四肢和颅骨。结论 全身骨显像灵敏度高,适于对肺癌骨转移瘤进行筛查;肺腺癌较鳞癌易发生骨转移,骨转移的部位以胸部为多。 |

Objective To investigate the application value and characteristics of whole-body bone scanning in detecting bone metastases in lung cancer. Methods A total of 189 patients with lung cancer underwent whole-body bone scanning after injection of 99mTc-MDP 3-4 h. Results In all patients, bone metastases were detected in 97 patients, the incidence was 51.32%; among 97 patients, the incidence of bone metastasis of adenocarcinoma was 63.64% and squamous carcinoma was 40.66% (P<0.01). Bone metastases often happened in the thorax, then spine, pelvis, limbs and skull. Conclusion Whole-body bone scanning has high sensitivity in early detection of bone metastases. Bone metastases often happen in the thorax, and the incidence of bone metastasis of adenocarcinoma is higher than that of squamous carcinoma in patients with lung cancer. |
