| 目的 探讨乳头状肾细胞癌(PRCC)的CT诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的PRCC的CT 表现,并与随机抽取的同期102例肾透明细胞癌CT表现作比较。结果 20例PRCC CT平扫肿瘤为不均匀的囊实性或均匀的等密度病灶,增强扫描肿瘤实性部分轻-中度均匀强化,皮髓交界期强化程度弱于肾皮质,肾实质期低于周围肾实质。102例肾透明细胞癌CT平扫肿瘤呈密度较均匀或不均匀的囊实性,增强扫描肿瘤明显不均匀强化或欠均匀强化,95例肿瘤皮髓交界期肿瘤强化程度高于或等于肾皮质。结论 PRCC CT增强扫描有一定的特点,增强皮髓交界期肿瘤强化程度弱于肾皮质,有助于其诊断及鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To evaluate the CT features and differential diagnosis of papillary renal cell carcinoma (PRCC). Methods Twenty patients of PRCC and 102 patients of renal clear cell carcinoma underwent CT scan, and the CT features of two diseases were compared. Results PRCC showed hypodense compared with renal cortex on the corticomedullary phase, while 95 of 102 renal clear cell carcinomas showed hyperdense or similar dense compared with renal cortex on the corticomedullary phase. Conclusion There is some special features of CT enhancement of PRCC, which makes it being able to be differentiated from renal clear cell carcinoma. |
