      目的 探讨低场MRI对垂体柄阻断综合征(PSIS)的诊断价值。 方法 回顾性分析经临床确诊的PSIS患者9例,观察其MRI表现特征。 结果 9例患者在MRI上均表现为垂体柄缺如,垂体后叶异位,垂体前叶萎缩或发育不良。实验室检查生长激素缺乏。 结论 PSIS具有特征性MR表现,结合实验室检查可做出准确诊断。

      Objective To observe the diagnostic value of low field MRI in pituitary stalk interruption syndrome (PSIS). Methods Nine patients with PSIS proved clinically were analyzed retrospectively and their MRI features were summarized. Results Absence of pituitary stalk, heterotopia of posterior pituitary, atrophy or aplasia of anterior pituitary were shown in all cases on MR images. The blood hormone tests demonstrated that the growth hormone was deficient. Conclusion PSIS has characteristic manifestations on MRI. Definite diagnosis can be made by MRI combined with laboratory examination.
