       目的 探讨ADC值在内皮抑素(ES)对小鼠结肠癌皮下移植瘤疗效评价中的应用价值。方法 建立小鼠结肠癌皮下移植瘤模型,1周后筛选成瘤均匀的16只小鼠随机分成ES组和生理盐水(NS)组,分别给予ES 6 mg/(kg·d)和0.9%生理盐水各0.2 ml,14 d后行MMMRI检查,测量肿瘤的表观弥散系数(ADC)值,并与病理特征相对照。结果 b=800 s/mm2时DWI图像质量可,肿瘤显示清晰,结合T2WI像可明确肿瘤位置;NS组与ES组的ADC值分别为(0.87±0.21)×10-3mm/s 和(1.64±0.34)×10-3 mm/s,差异有统计学意义(t=5.412,P<0.001);病理表现与影像学表现一致,ES组肿瘤内部坏死较多。结论 采用DWI图像可以观察肿瘤内部的病理变化,通过测量肿瘤的ADC值可以有效地评价ES的疗效。

      Objective To investigate the application value of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of endostatin on transplantation tumor of colonic carcinoma in mice. Methods Subcutaneously transplantation tumor models of colonic carcinoma (CT-26) in mice were established. One week later, 16 tumor-bearing mice were sieved out and divided randomly into two groups: endostatin (ES) group and normal saline (NS) group. ES group was treated with intraperitoneal injection of endostatin 6 mg/(kg ·d) 0.2 ml and NS group with equal volume of saline for 14 days. Then ADC value was measured with MMMRI and compared with pathological findings. Results When b=800 s/mm2, the quality of DWI was fair; the tumors were displayed clearly and could be located in the DWI with the help of T2WI. The ADC value of NS group was (0.87±0.21)×10-3 mm/s and ES group was (1.64±0.34)×10-3 mm/s; there was significant difference between two groups (t=5.412, P<0.001). The pathological findings coincided with imaging features; necrosis was more in ES group than that in NS group. Conclusion DWI can show the changes of molecular microstructure. The ADC value plays an important role in evaluating the therapeutic effect of endostatin on colonic carcinoma.
