       目的 探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)测量犬右心室容量和收缩功能的可靠性。方法 使用RT3DE采集6只健康杂种犬基础状态、不同程度心功能减退状态的右心室舒张末期容积(RVEDV)和收缩末期容积(RVESV),并计算右心室每搏量(RVSV)和射血分数(RVEF);同时测量右心室游离壁三尖瓣环处的收缩期位移(S)、肺动脉内径、肺动脉血流频谱及其速度-时间积分(VTI)。根据公式 得出肺动脉血流量(Q),比较三维容积法测定的收缩功能与S及Q的相关性。结果 RT-3DE测量的RVSV、RVEF均与S呈正相关(r=0.89;r=0.94);RVSV与Q之间呈显著正相关(r=0.97)。结论 RT-3DE为定量分析右心室容量和收缩功能提供了无创和可靠的新途径。

      Objective To observe the reliability of measuring right ventricular volume and systolic function by three-dimensional echocardiography. Methods Right ventricular "Full Volume" imaging at baseline and cardiac insufficiency in 6 dogs was acquired by RT-3DE. Right ventricular end diastolic volume (RVEDV) and right ventricular end systolic volume (RVESV) were outlined using apical three plane method by the analysis software of RT-3DE offline. RVSV and RVEF were calculated . Tricuspid annual systolic displacement was measured by quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI). The diameter (D) of main pulmonary was measured by two-dimensional echocardiography. The velocity time (VTI) was acquired from main pulmonary blood flow spectra. The main pulmonary blood flow quantity (Q) was derived from D and VTI (Q= ×D2×VTI). Results There was positive correlation of TVS to RVSV and to RVEF derived from RT-3DE (r=0.89; r=0.94). There was strong positive correlation between RVSV and Q (r=0.97). Conclusion Three-dimensional echocardiography can be used to determine right ventricular volume and systolic function rapidly, accurately and noninvasively.
