      目的 探讨低强度超声对人产后离体子宫平滑肌收缩的影响。 方法 以人产后离体子宫平滑肌条为研究对象,利用频率为0.8 MHz,声强为2 W/cm2的低强度超声辐照标本10 min,采用BL-410生物机能实验系统记录子宫平滑肌的收缩情况,并用光镜观察辐照前后子宫平滑肌形态变化。 结果 低强度超声辐照人产后离体子宫平滑肌收缩频率、幅度、张力及子宫活动力均明显高于辐照前(P<0.05)。 结论 低强度超声可诱导人产后离体子宫平滑肌收缩。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the influence of low intensity ultrasound on the contraction of in vitro human postpartumuterine smooth muscle. Methods The human postpartum uterine smooth muscle in vitro were irradiated by low intensity ultrasound (0.8 MHz, 2 W/cm2) for 10 min. The contraction frequency and amplitude were recorded with BL-410 biological experimental system, and were observed under light microscope after irradiation. Results It could be seen that the contraction frequency, amplitude, tension and contraction activity increased significantly during ultrasonic irradiation (P<0.05), and no obvious morphologic change of uterine smooth muscle was found before and after irradiation. Conclusion Low intensity ultrasound can induce in vitro human postpartum uterine smooth muscle contraction.
