| 目的 探讨子宫内膜癌HIF-1α、VEGF基因表达与其彩超表现间的关系。 方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测HIF-1α、VEGF基因在30例子宫内膜癌中的表达,与彩色多普勒超声表现对照,探讨其相关性。另取同期存档的子宫内膜不典型增生组织蜡块10例作为对照。 结果 HIF-1α、VEGF在子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜癌各期的阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义,病变与HIF-1α、VEGF间存在相关性;子宫内膜癌肌层浸润程度与彩色血流信号分级间存在相关性;超声肿瘤血流分级与HIF-1α、VEGF间存在相关性。 结论 子宫内膜癌HIF-1α、VEGF基因表达与其彩超表现间存在相关性。 |

| Objective To observe the relationship between the gene expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and the color Doppler ultrasound appearance in endometrial cancer. Methods The gene expression of HIF-1α, VEGF was examined in 30 patients of endometrial cancer with the immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between the gene expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and the color Doppler ultrasonic appearances was studied. Ten wax lumps of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium were chosen as controls. Results Statistical differences of the gene expression of HIF-1α and VEGF existted between endometrial cancer and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium.The invasive degrees of myometrium were correlated with intensities blood flow of CDFI in endometrial cancer, whereas intensities blood flow of CDFI were correlated with the gene expression of HIF-1α and VEGF. Correlation among the gene expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and the color Doppler ultrasonic appearances was found. Conclusion There is relationship between the gene expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and the color Doppler ultrasound appearances in endometrial cancer. |
