| 目的 经周围静脉注射造影剂分析膀胱肿瘤彩色多普勒超声造影的血流分布特征。方法 对29例临床确诊并预行经尿道切除或膀胱全切患者的37个膀胱肿瘤进行彩色多普勒超声造影检查,比较造影前后肿瘤血流显示强度的变化,分析肿瘤的血流分布特点与病理分期、分级和肿瘤大小的相关性。结果 注射造影剂后,膀胱肿瘤血流显示率为100%;注射造影剂前后肿瘤的大小与其血流分级在1.0 cm以下组与1.0 cm以上组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而肿瘤病理分级、分期与血流分级均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 彩色多普勒超声造影显著提高膀胱肿瘤的血流显示率,但其血流分布特征尚不能预计膀胱肿瘤的病理分期和分级。 |

| Objective To evaluate the characteristics of microvascular imaging with contrast-enhanced color Doppler ultrasonography (CE-CDU) in bladder cancer. Methods A total of 29 patients with 37 bladder tumors underwent CE-CDU. Tumor flow visualization before and after contrast SonoVue administration were compared, and the correlation was analyzed between tumor flow distribution and tumor pathology stage and grade, as well as tumor size. Results The detective rate of tumor flow was 100% after the contrast agent injection. The differences of tumor size and flow grading were significant (P<0.05) before and after administration in both <1.0 cm and >1.0 cm groups, but significant difference was not found between tumor pathologic grading, staging and flow display grading (P>0.05). Conclusion CE-CDU could significantly improve the detective rate of bladder tumor blood flow. Characteristics of the flow distribution have limited value in the assessment of bladder tumor staging and grading. |
