| 目的 回顾性分析腹膜假性黏液瘤的CT影像表现,提高对本病的诊断及鉴别诊断水平。 方法 选取经手术病理证实的腹膜假性黏液瘤患者8例,其中5例复发,全部病例均行腹部CT扫描检查,分析其CT影像表现。 结果 8例患者均见大量腹水,肠管受压移位,在肝脾边缘形成扇贝形压迹,且5例复发病例扇贝形压迹明显;5例有肠系膜浸润性改变,5例见脐疝;4例表现为腹、盆腔内分房黏液团块;3例原发病例腹膜增厚明显,5例复发病例无明显腹膜增厚;腹壁种植2例;1例合并胸水。 结论 腹膜假性黏液瘤CT表现具有一定的特征性,故CT检查对腹膜假性黏液瘤有重要的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。 |

| Objective To retrospectively analyze the CT manifestations of pseudomyxoma peritonei, and to raise the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease. Methods Eight cases of pseudomyxoma peritonei confirmed with surgical pathology were enrolled, and the exhibition of CT was reviewed and analyzed. Results All 8 cases showed ascites, shifting intestines and scalloping margin around liver and spleen. The 5 recurrent cases had apparent scalloping margin around liver and spleen; 5 cases combined infiltrative changes in the mesentery and peritoneal nodules; 5 cases combined exomphalos; 4 cases showed adjoint of the blennbolus; 3 primary cases had thick peritoneum except; 2 cases developed metastasis of abdominal wall; 1 case combined pleural effusion. Conclusion CT is a valuable method for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritonei. |
