| 目的 探讨应用组织多普勒(TDI)评价缩窄性心包炎(CP)患者左心房功能的临床应用价值。 方法 31例CP患者(患者组)与34例正常受试者(对照组)进入研究。应用Simpson法计算左心房被动射血分数和主动射血分数,应用TDI测量左心房前壁、下壁、侧壁及房间隔收缩期、舒张早期、舒张晚期组织运动速度。 结果 患者组左心房最小容积、左心房被动射血分数、左心房主动射血分数较对照组显著减低(P＜0.05);患者组左心房各壁心肌收缩期、舒张早期、舒张晚期组织运动速度较对照组明显减低(P＜0.05)。 结论 TDI可准确评价CP患者左心房功能。 |

| Objective To assess the clinical value of tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) in patients with constrictive pericarditis (CP). Methods Thirty-one patients with CP (patient group) and 34 healthy subjects (control group) were included. The minimal volume of left atrium (LAmin), left atrial passive ejection fraction (LAPEF) and left atrial active ejection fraction (LAAEF) were calculated with Simpson's method. The analysis was performed for atrial longitudinal peak systolic velocity, peak early diastolic velocity and peak late diastolic velocity on the interatrial septum, lateral, anterior, inferior walls of the left atrium using TDI. Results LAmin, LAPEF and LAAEF significantly decreased in patient group compared with those in control group (P＜0.05). The peak systolic velocity, peak early diastolic velocity and peak late diastolic velocity of the atrial walls also decreased in patients group compared with control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion TDI can provide valuable data on global and segmental atrial functions and the decreasing left atrial function in patients with CP. |
