       目前斑块稳定性的评估已成为影像学研究的热点之一,普遍认为缺血性脑卒中与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块关系密切。在防治急性脑血管事件中,监测和评价斑块的形态学变化比管腔的狭窄程度具有更高的临床价值。当前,一些无创性的影像学手段已经展现在显示斑块内成分、鉴别易损斑块等方面的潜力。本文综述超声、多排螺旋CT、MR、核医学等无创性的影像学技术在评价颈动脉斑块方面的研究进展。
英文摘要:
      Current imaging technical progress focuses on identifying plaque stability, as most researchers belive that there exist correlation between ischemic stroke and atherosclerosis plaque carotid plaques. Monitoring and assessing morphology of plaque is of more clinical value in the prevention of acute ischemic events than focusing on the extent of lumens stenosis. Some no-invasive imaging approaches have the potential to present carotid plaque compositions and to determine its vulnerability, including ultrasound, multi-detector CT, MRI, SPECT and PET. The advantages of imaging modalities in identifying patients with carotid atherosclerosis was reviewed in this article.
