| 目的 探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)过程中胚胎移植的位置和子宫内膜厚度与临床妊娠率的相关性。方法 回顾分析266例患者接受276个周期IVF-ET治疗的资料,根据子宫内膜厚度将患者分为A组(7~8.9 mm)和B组(9~16 mm);根据移植管距宫底的距离分为C组(5~10 mm)和D组(10~20 mm),分别比较A组与B组、C组与D组的临床妊娠率。结果 B组的临床妊娠率(50.00%)高于A组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组临床妊娠率(45.86%)与D组(48.74%)间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 IVF-ET过程中,超声导向能准确地显示子宫内膜厚度及胚胎放置在宫腔内的位置;子宫内膜厚度9~16 mm、移植胚胎距宫底5~20 mm有利于胚胎着床。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship of endometrial thickness and embryo transfer distance from the fundus (TDF) to the clinical pregnancy rate. Methods From Sep 2005 to Jul 2008, the data of 266 patients (276 cycles) undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) including intracytoplasmic sperm injection therapy were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into group A (7－8.9 mm), group B (9－16 mm) according to endometrial thickness, group C (5—10 mm) and group D (10－20 mm) according to TDF. The clinical pregnancy rates of groups A, B and C, D were evaluated. Results The clinical pregnancy rate in group B (50.00%) was significantly higher than that in group A(23.33%, P<0.05), while no significant difference was found between group C and D (45.86% vs 48.74%, P＞0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided embryo transfer can accurately display endometrial thickness and embryo transfer position. Endometrial thickness in 9－16 mm and embryo transfer distance from the fundus in 5－20 mm are favorable for embryo implantation. |
