       目的 探讨采用高分辨率MR(HRMR)图像处理显示骨小梁结构的临床应用价值。方法 研究组选取16例绝经后伴有骨质疏松的妇女,对照组选取16例年龄匹配的正常妇女。用3.0T HRMR扫描仪行右侧跟骨三维梯度回波序列矢状面扫描。对MR图像处理后获得单位面积连通数(CN/RA)、骨小梁面积/ROI (Tb/RA)、骨髓面积/ROI (BM/RA)、单位面积骨小梁长度(TL/RA)、骨小梁平均厚度(Tb.Th)、骨小梁平均间隔(Tb.Sp)、单位面积节点数(NC/RA)、节点间支撑体平均长度(ntnSL)及单位面积欧拉数(EN/RA)9个骨小梁结构参数。结果 9个骨小梁结构参数中CN/RA、Tb.Th、Tb.Sp、ntnSL、EN/RA 5个参数在研究组和正常组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NC/RA在两组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HRMR图像处理技术可以区分骨质疏松和正常状态,并能显示骨质疏松患者的骨小梁结构。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the application value of high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HRMRI) in evaluating bone trabecula structure. Methods There were 16 post-menopause women with osteoporosis in the study group and 16 match aged women with normal sclerotin as the control group. All 32 subjects underwent 3.0T HRMRI with 3-dimensional gradient echo, right calcaneus sagittal scan, and parameters including connectivity number to ROI area (CN/RA), the ratio of trabecular partition to ROI area (Tb/RA), the ratio of bone marrow partition to ROI area (BM/RA), the ratio of trabecular network skeleton length to ROI area (TL/RA), the average trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), the average trabecular separation (Tb.Sp), the ratio of node count to ROI area (NC/RA), the average node-to-node strut length (ntnSL) and the ratio of Euler number to ROI area (EN/RA) were obtained and compared. Results Significant differences were found between the two groups for 6 parameters including CN/RA, Tb.Th, Tb.Sp, ntnSL and EN/RA (P<0.05), especially for NC/RA (P<0.01). Conclusion HRMRI can distinguish osteoporosis from normal bone structure and can display the bone trabecular micro-architecture.
