       目的 观察SPACE序列MRI在脊柱和脊髓成像中的应用价值。方法 对25例脊柱侧弯患者行3D SPACE序列扫描,并利用3D后处理软件对其原始图像进行矢状位、冠状位和横轴位重建;对28例脊柱侧弯患者行常规2D T2 TSE矢状位和横轴位扫描;对5例血管畸形患者同时行上述两种检查。分别比较矢状位和横轴位两种序列的信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)及图像质量。结果 SPACE序列横轴位图像的SNR和CNR优于常规T2 TSE序列(P<0.01),矢状位图像的SNR和CNR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),图像质量能够满足临床诊断的需要。结论 利用3D重建软件对SPACE序列进行各个方向和层面的重建,可简化图像采集过程,为临床诊断提供更多信息。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the clinical value of single-slab, 3-dimensional, T2-weighted Turbo-Spin-Echo sequence (SPACE) for spine imaging. Methods Twenty-five scoliosis patients underwent 3D SPACE scan, while 28 scoliosis patients underwent conventional 2D T2 TSE scan in axial and sagittal plane, and 5 patients with vascular malformation of spinal cord were examined by both methods simultaneously. Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) and images quality were compared between 3D SPACE and T2 TSE reconstruction images. Results In axial images, SNR and CNR of SPACE were statistically higher than those of T2 TSE (P<0.01), while SNR and CNR of sagittal images were similar (P>0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional SPACE magnetic resonance imaging can improve the ability of MRI diagnosis of spine.
