目的 利用事件相关功能磁共振成像技术(fMRI)对儿童文盲和非文盲汉语加工相关脑区进行探讨。方法 分别对38名儿童(19名文盲和19名非文盲)进行汉字和简单图形判断的测试,同时采集其脑部的fMRI数据。使用基于Matlab7.0的SPM2软件进行数据分析,并生成脑功能区激活图像,对组内和组间数据分别进行单样本和双样本t检验分析。结果 儿童汉字加工激活了由多个脑区构成的神经网络,与成人基本一致,其中非文盲组和文盲组的差异性脑区位于左侧额中回(BA46/9),左侧角回(BA39),左侧梭状回(BA37)。结论 左侧额中回(BA46/9)、左侧角回(BA39)及左侧梭状回(BA37)与汉语语义加工密切相关,读写能力在一定程度上改变了语言加工的神经网络联结模式。 |

Objective To map cortical areas associated with semantic processing of Chinese characters in literate and illiterate children using event-related (ER) fMRI. Methods fMRI data of 38 healthy right-handed Chinese children volunteers (19 illiterates and 19 literates) during performance of Chinese character and easy figure judgment was collected and analyzed by Statistical Parametric Mapping software (SPM2) to generate the activation map statistically. Results Chinese character processing in children activated a neural network constructed by multitude language-related brain regions which were similar to adult. The variability of brain areas between illiterate and literate group were localized in left middle frontal gyrus (BA46/9), left angular gyrus (BA39) and left fusiform gyrus (BA37). Conclusion The semantic processing of Chinese characters is localized in left middle frontal gyrus (BA46/9), left angular gyrus (BA39) and left fusiform gyrus (BA37). Literacy can modify connection mode of the neural network to some extent. |
