目的 探讨Gd-DTPA剂量对延迟Gd-DTPA增强MR软骨成像(dGEMRIC)的影响。方法 15个离体牛软骨经胰蛋白酶液处理后,各取5个分别浸泡于1 mmol/L、2 mmol/L和6 mmol/L的Gd-DTPA溶液中,在浸泡前(0 min)、浸泡后5、10、15、30、45、60、90和150 min时,利用快速自旋回波反转恢复系列测量软骨T1值(处理组)。另外15个正常离体牛软骨作为对照组,浸泡于0.9%的生理盐水中4 h后也进行同样处理。结果 ①两组浸泡前(0 min)的软骨T1值差异均无统计学意义;浸泡后任意时间点,3种剂量软骨T1值差异均有统计学意义。②浸泡150 min后,Gd-DTPA浓度为1 mmol/L和2 mmol/L时,处理组和对照组的软骨T1值差异有统计学意义;浓度为6 mmol/L时,两者的T1值差异无统计学意义。③2 mmol/L的Gd-DTPA浓度在10 min时即可区分处理组和对照组软骨的T1值差异,1 mmol/L在90min时可区分,6 mmol/L则始终无法区分。结论 在dGEMRIC检查中,Gd-DTPA剂量显著影响软骨T1值,dGEMRIC的对比能力以及延迟时间。 |

Objective To investigate the influence of Gd-DTPA doses on delayed Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI of cartilage (dGEMRIC) in vitro. Methods Fifteen fresh bovine cartilage samples digested with trypsin in vitro were divided into three groups averagely and immersed into diluted Gd-DTPA solutions with different concentrations (1 mmol/L, 2 mmol/L and 6 mmol/L). T1 values of cartilage were measured at 0 (pre-dGEMRIC), 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 150 min by Turbo-spin echo inversion recovery sequence with six different times of inversion. Other 15 normal bovine cartilage samples were used as control group. Results ①There was no statistical difference of T1 value among this 3 groups before immersion (0 min). After being immersed into Gd-DTPA solutions, there were significant differences of T1 value at any given time point. ②At the time point of 150 min, T1 values of trypsinized cartilages were significantly lower than those of the control ones when the concentration of Gd-DTPA was either 1 mmol/L or 2 mmol/L. However, T1 values showed no significant difference when the concentration was 6 mmol/L. ③Gd-DTPA concentration of 2 mmol/L could discriminate the trypsinized cartilages from the control ones since the time point of 10 min, much earlier than that of the concentration of 1 mmol/L (90 min). But Gd-DTPA concentration of 6 mmol/L was not able to distinguish those two groups at any given time point. Conclusion Doses of Gd-DTPA have important effect on cartilage T1 value, contrast ability and delay time of dGEMRIC. |
