       目的 探讨多层螺旋CT后重组技术对颅底复杂骨折检出的价值。方法 对38 例颅底骨折患者的螺旋CT原始图像在工作站上进行后处理(MPR、MIP、VR、SSD),所得重组图像经2 位有经验的放射科医师进行阅读。结果 38 例颅底骨折累及颅底多骨及多个孔道,MPR横、冠、矢三个平面重组图像结合可显示所有骨折及受累孔道,4种不同重组方法之间对颅底骨折及累及颅底孔道显示率的差异均具有显著统计学意义(χ2分别为64.740及75.198,P=0.000),MPR对颅底骨折及孔道累及显示最佳。结论 MSCT MPR技术可较准确地显示颅底骨折,辅以MIP、VR及SSD技术对颅底骨折的显示效果可达到最佳。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the value of postprocessing technique of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) for the skull base fractures. Methods Thirty-eight patients with skull base fractures underwent MSCT, and original data were reformed with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering technique (VR) and suface shaded display (SSD) in work station. The images generated by these techniques were analyzed by 2 experienced radiologists. Results Multiple bones and foramen were involved in 38 cases. Axial, coronal and sagittal planar of MPR together detected all the fractures and foramen being involved. Statistics of χ2 showed marked differences among the different techniques of MSCT in displaying the shull base fractures and the foramen being involded (P=0.000). MPR was the best technique for detection of the fractures and the foramen. Conclusion Skull base complex fractures can be displayed correctly with MPR reformation of MSCT. MPR combined with MIP, VR and SSD can optimally display the configuration of the complex fractures.
