       目的 对照分析乳腺浸润性导管癌超声表现与病理改变的关系;尝试探讨Id2mRNA及Id3mRNA表达与IDC超声表现之间的关系。方法 应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测36例IDC样本中Id2mRNA及Id3mRNA的表达,并与IDC超声表现对照分析。结果 Id2mRNA在正常组织中表达高于癌组织(P<0.05),WHOⅢ级表达低于WHOⅠ级(P<0.05);Id3mRNA的表达相反(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05)。Id2mRNA的表达与IDC超声征象之间无显著性意义(P均>0.05)。毛刺征及周边导管扩张组Id3mRNA均呈高表达(P均<0.01)。结论 IDC声像图表现与病理组织学变化密切相关。IDC的二维超声征象可在一定程度上反应Id3mRNA的表达水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective Comparative analysis of the ultrasonic appearance and the pathological findings of the breast infiltrating ductal carcinomas (IDC). Try to investigate the relationship between the ultrasonic features and the expression levels of Id2mRNA and Id3mRNA. Methods The real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR (FQ-RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of Id2mRNA and Id3mRNA in 36 IDC. The results were compared with the ultrasonic features of IDC. Results The expression of Id2mRNA was higher in normal tissues than that in carcinoma tissue (P<0.05) and was lower in WHOⅢgrade than that in WHOⅠ grade (P<0.05), Id3mRNA inversely (P<0.01, P<0.05, respectively). Id2mRNA has no statistically significant with the ultrasonic appearance (P>0.05). Id3mRNA was high expression in spiculate margin and peripheral duct extension (P<0.01). Conclusion Ultrasonographic morphologic manifestations are closely related to pathology in IDC. The expression level of Id3mRNA can be assessed according to ultrasonic features of IDC (spiculate margin and disorder structure in duct) in certain degree.
