       目的 探讨多层螺旋CT后处理测量肱骨头偏心距的方法。方法 收集51根干肱骨标本、50根肩关节防腐湿标本,行16层螺旋CT扫描,用厚层多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VRT)测量肱骨头偏心距,并进行统计学处理。结果 肱骨头向内侧偏心距MPR测量值(4.42±1.27)mm(1.00~8.50 mm),VRT测量值(4.36±1.43)mm(0.50~8.80 mm);向后偏心距MPR测量值(3.32±1.38)mm(-1.00~7.50 mm),VRT测量值(3.59±1.42)mm(0.00~7.20 mm)。经统计学处理两种测量方法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT容积再现(VRT)测量肱骨头偏心距是更简单、更快捷的方法。

      Objective To investigate the method of measuring the humeral head offset with multi-slice spiral CT postprocessing techniques. Methods Fifty-one dry humerus specimens and 50 wet anticorrosive shoulder specimens of Chinese adults were scanned with Siemens Somatom Sensation 16 CT scanner. The humeral head offset was analyzed with postprocessing technique of thick multiplanner reformation (MPR) and volume rendering technique (VRT). Results The medial offset (MO) of humeral head were 1.00―8.50 mm, mean (4.42±1.27)mm measured by thick MPR, and 0.50―8.80 mm, mean (4.36±1.43)mm by VRT, respectively, while the posterior offset (PO) were -1.00―7.50 mm, mean (3.32±1.38)mm measured by thick MPR, and 0.00―7.20 mm, mean (3.59±1.42)mm by VRT, respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion The method of measuring the humeral head offset with volume rendering technique (VRT) of MSCT is simple and fast.
