| 各类抗肿瘤药物均可能对患者的心脏造成损害，甚至导致死亡,因此早期心脏毒性的检测对于及时预防或治疗迟发性心脏损害甚为重要。随着医疗技术的发展,相应检测方法不断发展完善,常规超声心动图结合超声心动图新技术是其中颇有价值的方法之一。本文复习近年来相关文献，对抗肿瘤药物心脏毒性及超声心动图在其评价领域的进展做一概述。 |

| The cardiotoxicity of anticancer agents can lead to significant complications that can affect patients being treated for various malignancies. Therefore, early detection, effective prevention and treatment of cardiotoxicity in patients are necessary. In this article, the current state of knowledge on the assessment of anticancer agentinduced cardiotoxicity, especially the use of echocardiography, is summarized on the basis of a review of the literature. |
