      目的 通过对比研究离子型对比剂与非离子型对比剂在螺旋CT增强扫描中的应用,探讨离子型对比剂临床应用的安全性,以最好的效价比选择对比剂。 方法 分别观察离子型对比剂泛影葡胺(60%)106例、非离子型对比剂碘海醇(300 mg/ml)120例的螺旋CT增强扫描,比较其不良反应发生率和图像增强效果。 结果 泛影葡胺(60%)、碘海醇(300 mg/ml)均未发生严重不良反应。轻、中度不良反应发生率分别为5.7%、1.7%。二者之间无统计学意义(P>0

      Objective To select the optimal price-efficiency ratio contrast medium by analyzing safety of ionic contrast medium and comparison study on ionic contrast medium and non-ionic contrast medium in spiral CT enhanced scanning in clinical application. Methods Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions and the effect of image enhancing 106 cases with meglucamine diatrezoate, 120 cases with iohexol by spiral CT. Results The incidence of mild middle adverse reactions of 60% meglucamine diatrezoate and iohexol ultravist was 5.7% and 1.7% respectively, it was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Serious adverse reactions did not happen in both drugs. The image quality of the patients administered with two types of contrast was good, it was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Sixty percent meglucamine diatrezoate is relatively safe in patients without hypersensitivity and decrease expense.
