目的 讨论磁共振弥散张量成像图像几何变形的原因。方法 以T1加权图像为基准,对1.5T与3.0T磁共振弥散张量成像的图像进行回顾,分析图像变形产生的主要原因以及参数优化对图像质量的影响。结果 磁共振弥散张量成像的图像序列均存在变形,变形的大小主要取决于组织磁敏感性的差异与梯度磁场的非线性;通过参数优化可以适当提高图像质量。结论 磁共振弥散张量图像几何变形主要是由于组织磁敏感性差异与涡流导致的梯度磁场的非线性造成。 |

Objective To discuss the reasons for the geometric distortions of the MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). Methods The images of DTI from 1.5T and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging equipments are compared with the corresponding T1 weighted images, and the reasons are given out for the causes of distortions relating to DTI, and even the methods of relieving it. Results The geometric distortions existing in every protocol of Magnetic DTI depend on the magnetic susceptibility difference among tissues; the image quality can be improved by optimizing the imaging parameters. Conclusion The geometric distortions of DTI are mainly caused by nonlinear gradient magnetic fields correlated with the eddy currents and magnetic susceptibility among different tissues. |
