目的 实现WINDOWS环境下读取与显示多层DICOM格式图像,为医学图像三维配准与重建等后处理提供数据。为节省图像存储成本和传输成本,提出了对DICOM数据进行压缩的改进方法。方法 设计简化的图像类,读入多层DICOM图像至动态数组,用线性加速算法和非线性算法实现窗值动态自动调节,并转换成BMP位图实现在WINDOWS环境下不同层图像间的切换显示;采用JPEG压缩算法实现对DICOM图像的压缩。结果 选取CT、MR、PET等不同模态的DICOM图像进行实验, |

Objective As the prerequisite of 3 dimensional registration and construction, reading and displaying of multi-slice DICOM images under WINDOWS environment were implemented. To save for storage space and transmission cost, an improved compression method was proposed. Methods Simplified DICOM class under Visual C++ 6.0 was designed to read multi-slices DICOM image into dynamic array. The linear and non-linear algorithms were used to adjust the window center and window width automatically and images were displayed by transforming to BMP file. JPEG compression algorithm was used to compress DICOM image. Results We tests with several DICOM images from different modalities, all images can be properly read, displayed and compressed. Conclusion By analyzing the format of DICOM image first, reading, switched displaying and batch compression of multi-slice DICOM images are realized. |
