      目的 我们应用自主研发的医用热成像诊断(MTD)系统,将MTD图像处理技术应用于肺癌的影像诊断,采集肺癌患者术前热成像资料加以分析,以期为肺癌诊断提供新的方法。 方法 临床确诊肺癌患者42例,于术前行红外热成像数据采集,通过其模式识别及层次分析技术有效改进图像清晰度和减少干扰信息,增加病灶的识别能力,使热像图对肺癌识别能力提高。 结果 所有研究对象顺利采集到相应热成像资料及相应热区分布变化,对比其他临床辅助检查手段证实了其有效性。结论 红外热成像
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the inspecting effect of medical thermo-diagnose (MTD) system in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods We did inspection in 42 patients suffered from lung cancer using medical thermo-diagnose system before operation. Results We successfully got changing data of temperatures and thermo area of body surface. The image detection system, with the technique of image processing applied by MTD, can improve the ability of lung cancer detection by using the techniques of AHP (analysis hierarchy processing) and PR (pattern recognition). These techniques improves the ability of recognition by ameliorating the definition of images and reducing the disturbance. The medical thermo-diagnose system was proved to be effective after analysis compared with other medical diagnosis methods. Conclusion Infrared thermo-imaging technique is a useful and secure inspecting method and can provide guidance in diagnosis of lung cancer.
