Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the fusion of SPECT/CT images in patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) after operation and 131I therapy. Methods Thirty patients of (60 times) DTC after thyroidectomy were studied using SPECT/CT images after operation and after 131I therapy 5-7 days. The therapy dosagedosagedosagedosage of 131I were 100-200 mCi. Results The result of 131I SPECT/CT fusion images showed 37 times. Radioiodine were concentrated in the remains of thyroid gland. Sixteen times in the remains of thyroid gland and lymphnode of neck; 2 times in mediastina and the lymph node of neck; 1 time in two lung extensive and diffusive lesion; 1 time in lymph node of the right collarbone, 2 times in lymph node of neck and two lungs.One time in the remains of thyroid gland and bone metastases. Conclusion 131I SPECT/CT fusion images can provide more information about 131I uptake and location of lesions, and it will play more important role in modulating therapeutic plans and making follow-up schemes. |
