      目的 探讨CT、"C"臂双相导引经皮穿刺腰椎间盘造影(CTD)的技术。方法 对IDET治疗腰椎间盘突/膨出患者中的45例进行CT、"C"臂导引下腰椎间盘造影。其中5例做单层面的造影,40例做两个椎间盘层面,共85个椎间盘层面。85个椎间盘中5个位于L3~4、43个位于L4~5、37个位于L5~S1结果 45例椎间盘层面CT即刻扫描,38例椎间盘层面术后2小时CT再次扫描。

      Objective To discuss the operating methods of CT and "C"-arm X-ray guiding diphase percutaneous puncture lumbar diskography (CTD). Methods There were 49 patients with lumbar disc protrusion or bulge aclepted percutaneous intradiscal electrothermal therapy (IDET), of them 45 patients had been given a preoperative CTD. Five cases single decks and 40 cases two dects opacification were done, 85 discus intervertebralis ducts in all. About 85 disci intervertebrales, 5 were L3-4, 43 were L4-5 and 37 were L5-S1. Results Forty-five opacifications all were observed by "C"-arm X-ray at equal pace. Forty-five cases 85 disci intervertebrales dects were scan by CT recently, and 38 cases 72 disci intervertebrales dects were scan by CT again after operation two hour. Ninteen contrast accumulation found in nucleus gelatinosus. Thirty-nine case constrast medium efflux from nucleus gelatinosus as cocenric citcle, to reach annular fibrosus tunica interna, middle and outer layer. The constrast medium in 27 case liked a pen nib, from the annular fibrosus behind disci intervertebrales to canalis spinalis as different width ribbon. Conclusion With operating methods of CT and "C"-arm X-ray guiding diphase percutaneous puncture lumbar diskography (CTD), where the transfixion pin can seen more clearly in CT T-sect and cut down false positive rate. The disposition of constrast medium can be seen in CT T-sect image. The pathologic of annulus fibrosus disci intervertebralis and nucleus gelatinosus was identified clearly.
