| 目的 讨论超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺胆囊置管引流术(PTGD)在低位恶性梗阻性黄疸疾病中的应用价值。 方法 对2006年3月—2007年3月在我院超声科所施行的8例PTGD术进行回顾性分析。 结果 8例PTGD术均获得成功。术中超声均能较清晰地显示穿刺针穿入胆囊床的位置、导丝进入胆囊的深度,导管在胆囊中的位置。并发症主要有:疼痛、发热、渗血、引流管阻塞等。 结论 在低位恶性梗阻性黄疸疾病的诊治中,超声引导下PTGD具有实时、准确,置管快捷、方便等优点,提 |

| Objective To investigate the practical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage in the treatment of lower malignant biliary obstruction. Methods Eight patients with lower malignant biliary obstruction were treated by PTGD between March of 2006 and March of 2007. Results Eight times PTGD were successfully done. Needle, guide wire and drainage catheter can be clearly display under ultrasound. Complications of PTGD included ache, fever, bleeding and drainage catheter obstruction. Conclusion For the lower malignant biliary obstructions, PTGD under ultrasound were real time, nicety, swift, convenience, were effective and important preparation before surgery. |
