      目的 评价纤维性骨皮质缺损及非骨化性纤维瘤的影像学的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的19例纤维性骨皮质缺损及非骨化性纤维瘤的影像学资料。19例均有平片资料,其中9例有CT资料, 1例有MRI资料。重点分析影像学特点。 结果 19例病灶均位于长管状骨,包括胫骨13例,股骨6例;部位:干骺端10例,骨干9例。X 线平片、CT表现为皮质内或皮质下的单房状(6例)或多房状(13例)偏心性骨质破坏区,伴有轻度膨胀,灶内可见纤细的残留骨嵴,病灶周围有清楚的硬化边,
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the radiodiagnosis of fibrous cortical defect of bone (FCD) and nonossifying fibroma (NOF). Methods Images of 19 patients with FCD and NOF proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. X-ray plant films and CT images were obtained in all 19 cases and 9 case respectively, and MRI was performed in 1 case. Results The lesions occurred in long bone in 19 case, including tibia (13 cases), femur (6 cases); the lesions were located at metaphysic in 10 cases, at diaphysis in 9 cases. X-ray and CT showed unilocular or multiocular bone destruction areas eccentrically expansive and residual osseous tissue was seen within the lesions, the lesions had a clear sclsrotic margin, which was more obvious at the marrow side. In the case in which MRI was performed, the lesion was htpointense on T1WI, hyperinten on T2WI, intensively enhanced during the contrast enhanced scan. Conclusion Nonossify fibroma has similar pathological nature with fiborous cortical defect, the radiographic appearances are characteristics. A definite diagnosis provides guidance for clinical management. X-ray plain and CT to be a valuable tool for the diagnosis of FCD and NOF.
