      目的 分析骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的MR表现,并用MR评价该病的治疗效果。 方法 回顾性分析11例经手术和病理证实的骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的治疗前后的MR表现。 结果 11例骨嗜酸性肉芽肿主要表现为T1WI等或低信号,STIR为高或混杂信号;增强扫描病变及周围软组织肿块呈明显不均匀强化;嗜酸性肉芽肿是造成青少年扁平椎最常见的原因。治疗后破坏的骨质逐渐修复,MR较X线更敏感显示病灶,表现为T1WI低信号区逐渐被高信号影修复,周围软组织明显缩小。 结论 骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的M

      Objective To analyze the MRI manifestations of eosinophilic of bone (EGB) granuloma before and after therapy and to discuss the diagnostic value of MRI. Methods MRI features of 11 patients with pathologically confirmed EGB before and after therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lesions in bone of 11 cases with eosinophilic granuloma were depicted as isointensity or hypointensity in TlWI and hyperintensity or heterogeneous intensity in T2WI and STIR. After injection of Gd-DTPA, the lesions and their soft tissue masses were markedly heterogeneous enhancement. EGB is the dominating reason of cuniform vertebras. The destructive bones been gradually repaired after therapy, it manifested as hypointensity in T1WI gradually turn to hyperintensity, and perivertebral soft tissue masses reduced. Conclusion MRI manifestations of EGB have some specific characteristics, which is a very important tool in early diagnosis and great value in therapy affect.
