      目的 探讨正常臂丛神经的显像和定位价值。方法 采用彩色多普勒超声观察了38例正常人臂丛神经干的走行、形态及声像图表现,并测量其内径。结果 臂丛神经在横断面上表现为圆形或椭圆形的低回声结构,内部由点状回声组成。在超声监视下对9例健康人臂丛神经干进行了神经定位刺激,证实低回声结构为臂丛神经组织。结论 彩色多普勒超声能够良好的显示臂丛神经干并与周围组织区别。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the mapping of the normal brachial plexus and locating value of the color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Sonographic examination of brachial plexus with high frequency probe was preformed on 38 normal volunteers. The course, shape and sonographic appearance of the nerve stem were observed and the nerve stem diameter was measured. Results The brachial plexus was successfully identified in the transversal view as round or oval hypoechoic structures with small internal punctate echoes in all regions examined. Under the ultrasonic monitoring, hypoechoic structures of 9 normal volunteers were stimulated electrically and they were finally confirmed to be the Brachial Plexus nerve structures. Conclusion The brachial plexus can be mapped and distinguished from the ambient tissue with color Doppler ultrasound.
