| 目的 应用三维超声引导下对15例肾脏肿瘤进行穿刺活检,探讨三维超声在肾脏肿瘤穿刺活检中应用价值。 方法 应用常规超声引导穿刺方法,应用自动活检装置对肾肿瘤穿刺前、穿刺中、穿刺后进行二维和三维超声对比观察。 结果 15例穿刺顺利,成功切取供检组织3~6条。 结论 三维超声引导下穿刺活检,可获得多平面、多角度的信息,具有安全、准确、微创、快捷等特点,对肿瘤性质及类型的判定,具有重要的临床意义。 |

| Objective To observe the useful value of 3D ultrasongraphic guided puncture biopsy in 15 cases of kidney tumour . Methods Contrast of kidney tumour, in before puncture or puncturing or after puncture, under 2D ultrasongraphic or 3D ultrasongraphic. Results Fifteen cases of successful puncture biopsy. Conclusion The method of puncture biopsy under 3D ultrasongraphic guidance is safe, accurate and small for traumd and has very important clinical significance in understanding the characters, types of the tumour. |
