      肾重复畸形是儿童常见泌尿系统畸形之一,本文探讨肾动态显像和磁共振泌尿系水成像在其诊断中的价值。方法 35例肾重复畸形进行99mTc-双半胱氨酸(EC)肾动态显像(DRS)及磁共振泌尿系水成像(MRU)检查。DRS结果以1帧/min连续显示,MRU原始图像经最大信号强度投影,重建后进行三维多角度观察。对两种方法显示的肾脏、输尿管及膀胱分别进行比较。结果 35例共36个患肾,DRS诊断为重复畸形32个,灵敏度为88.9%,输尿管显影17例,一过性显影或部分显影

      Objective Duplex kidneys is one of the common abnormalities in child’s urinary system. The aim of this paper is to assess the diagnostic value of dynamic renal scintigraphy (DRS) and magnetic resonance urography (MRU) in childhood deplex kidney. Methods Thirty-five cases of duplex kidney were underwent the examination of 99mTc-EC DRS and MRU. The images of DRS were displayed in continuous frames in every one minute; The raw data of MRU were reconstructed as maxmiun intensity projection and evaluated through different directions. To compare the images of kidney, ureter and bladder of two modalities. Results There were 36 duplex kidneys in 35 cases. Thirty-two were diagnosed by DRS, the sensitivity was 88.9%. Seventeen ureters were imaged (one case had bilateral duplex kidney), 10 presented transiently or in lower part of ureter, 8 ureters did not show up. Fifteen cases showed pressing mark or radiolucent filling defect in the bottom of the bladder. Thirty-five deplex kidney were diagnosed by MRU, the sensitivity was 97.2%. Twelve ureters did not show up in MRU, 16 were dilated and twisted. Fourteen cases showed ″cobra head″ sign in bladder. Conclusion The dynamic renal scan can identify the function of upper and lower moiety respectively, and help to define which moiety need surgery. Magnetic resonance urography has the advantage of presenting detailed anatomic abnormalities of deplex kidney, especially successful in imaging poorly functioning or nonfunctioning kidneys.
