| 目的 探讨急性肠梗阻的声像图特征及其临床诊断价值。方法 对临床怀疑肠梗阻的患者联合使用腹部常规扫查、高频定点扫查、直肠腔内扫查三种方法进行检查。与手术病理结果或其他影像学(增强CT或MRI)进行分析,研究其声像图特征及其临床意义。结果 本组95例肠梗阻:粘连性肠梗阻(包括粘连性小肠内疝)、肠扭转、肠套叠、肠肿瘤、肠道异物梗阻、局限性肠炎、肠结核等。本组肠梗阻诊断符合率为84.2％(80/95),肠梗阻的病因检出率为:68.4%(65/95)。肠梗阻的超声诊断特 |

| Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound image in the diagnoses of intestinal obstruction. Methods The routine abdominal imaging, high frequency site exploration, and endorectal ultrasound imaging were used in ultrasonography. Analysis of ultrasonographic characteristics and clinical significance in intestinal obstruction through the evidence of surgery pathology or other images (enhance CT or MRI). Results Total 95 cases with intestinal obstruction were examined, which is including adhesive intestinal obstruction (containing adhesive intestinal hernia), intestinal twist, intussusceptions, intestinal tumor, abnormal obstacle, regional enteritis and intestinal tuberculosis. Sixty-five of 95 cases with intestinal obstruction (68.4%) were demonstrated etiologically by ultrasound. Eighty of 95 cases (84.2%) were diagnosed correctly. The intestinal obstruction was commonly characterized by the proximal intestine dilatation with regurgitation of contains, distal intestine empty, thicker intestinal wall at the early stage and still thicker after perforation. Conclusion Ultrasound examination shows a higher value of diagnosis in qualification and location of intestinal obstruction, and can be used as a routine method. |
