| 目的 探讨胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤的CT表现,以及双排螺旋CT对胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤的检查方法和诊断价值。 方法 回顾性研究2例在本院手术、并由病理确诊的胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤,分析双排螺旋CT的扫描方法和影像表现。 结果 双排螺旋CT采用第一期延时45 s,第二期延时65 s扫描,胰腺图像显示清晰;胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤表现为显著的胰管扩张和囊性病灶。 结论 双排螺旋CT采用合适的扫描方法对胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤的诊断起到重要 |

| Objective To evaluate the CT appearance and scan method and diagnostic value of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm with dual slice spiral CT. Methods The CT appearance and scan method were analyzed retrospectively in two patients with pathologically proven intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm. Results The CT photos were satisfaction when the first phase delayed 45 s and the second phase delayed 65 s. Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm often displayed cyst lesions and manifest dilated of duct. Conclusion It is very useful that dual slice spiral CT scan intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm when the scan method were appropriated. |
