| 目的 探讨螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断及对预测手术可能性的临床价值分析。 方法 对我院近年来收治的52例胃癌患者术前的CT诊断结果及预测手术可能性与手术结果进行比较分析。 结果 CT正确预测不宜手术16例,错误预测不宜手术1例;术前预测宜手术36例,有34例成功实行根治术。 结论 螺旋CT具有扫描速度快、大容量及后处理速度快的特点,能清晰显示胃腔胃壁厚度及周围器官的解剖关系,肿瘤形态大小以及与邻近结构的关系,较为可靠地预测胃癌的手术可能性。 |

| Objective Discussion screw CT and to forecasts the surgery possible to the stomach cancer diagnosis clinical value analysis. Methods In front of 52 example stomach cancer patient technique CT diagnosis result and the forecast surgery possibility and the surgery result admitted in recent years which to my courtyard carried on the comparative analysis. Results CT correct forecast not suitable surgery 16. Wrong forecast not suitable surgery 1. In front of the technique forecasts suitable surgery 36. Some 34 example success implements the root governing skill. Conclusion Screw CT has the scanning velocity quick, large capacity and the post-processing speed quick characteristic, can clear display gastral cavity stomach wall thickness and periphery the organ dissection relations, tumor shape size as well as with neighbor structure relations. Forecasts the stomach cancer reliably the surgery possibility. |
